First, find a service by either tapping Book an appointment or tapping the explore button.
(you want to ensure you are logged into your account prior to booking an appointment)
If you tapped on Book an Appointment, you will select how you would like to be seen.
(For example, if you choose Housecall you will only see providers that will come to your home) On the next screen, you will select what type of appointment you need.
Once you have selected the practice or provider, you will click on view times. (If you have selected a practice after you click to view times you will have the option to book an appointment with a specific provider.) Click on the date and time that works best for you.
You can change the date by tapping on it and changing the time by scrolling right or left.
Once you have decided on a date/time tap the Book button:
Confirm all the information on the Check out screen. Here you can add any notes you would like the doctor to know. You have the option to receive text message reminders. Once you have entered your information tap Book Now.
The app will prompt payment details. Once entered, the app will let you know that the appointment has been booked, and you should receive a confirmation to the email associated with your profile.
